Our Guarantee

We endeavor to reach perfection. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email or phone and we will remedy any problem or issues you may have.

At Favour Perfect we strive for customer satisfaction and your feedback and enquiries mean a lot to us.

Please note all personalised items are non refundable and need to be confirmed by customer via email before the order is formally processed. This helps to avoid confusion and any mistakes. Any orders which have been processed wrong by Favour Perfect will be gladly replaced.

Currency

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.

GST

All prices on the Favour Perfect Website do not include GST as we are not currently required to be registered for GST.

Colours

Some computer screens display colours differently therefore actual item colours may be slightly different to what you may see on your screen.

Customer Information

Favour perfect does not collect or share any personal information. The only information shared with third parties would be to the postal service which will be delivering your order. However, this information will only include your name and address.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us with your order number if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 business days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, provided the items are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. You must contact us prior to returning your order. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Personalised Or Custom Items

As your order has been created especially for you, they cannot be resold and so may not be returned for a refund. However,  we will gladly reprint your order and send it to you at our expense under the following circumstances:

  • If your order contains errors that have been made by Favour Perfect in the design process.
  • Your order was damaged in transit (please retain all packaging and provide us with a digital photo of the damaged package/product)

You are required to notify us of the above within 3 days of receipt of your order. If eligible for a replacement order, we will endeavour to reprint your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your replacement order has shipped.

Shipping charges, design/artwork setup fees, and rush processing fees are not refundable.

Does Your Order Contain Chocolate Bars?

In the event you are eligible for a replacement order (see above), you have two options:

  • We will ship you reprinted wrappers only, for you to re-wrap on the chocolate bars yourself (there is no need to return anything to us in this case)
  • You may send us your entire order (at your expense) so we may re-wrap your chocolate bars with the reprinted wrappers before shipping it back to you (at our expense)

Please note, as a food item chocolate bars may not be returned/refunded for any reason, including damage from heat in transit. During the summer months, signature on delivery is included in your shipping rate to ensure chocolates are not left unattended in the heat.

A Note On Colour

Colours viewed on-screen may differ from actual print colours. The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor will determine any variation. We do not accept returns based on slight colour differences.

Incomplete Orders

We always endeavour to process and ship your order accurately and completely. However, if you are missing items in your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order with details of the missing items. We will ship the missing items to you (at our expense) as soon as possible based on our current order processing times.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and its contents, and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items.

While we always do our best to ensure that your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, Favour Perfect cannot be responsible for chocolate bars that melt or otherwise become damaged during shipping 

Return To Sender

If you miss your delivery and your parcel comes back to us as a return to sender (RTS), we will be more than happy to arrange for your parcel to be reshipped. In most cases a reshipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of the parcel being reshipped, however in cases where an error has been made on our end, a fee will not be charged.

If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided and your order cannot be delivered as a result, this does not entitle you to a refund.

Artwork

All artwork created by us for your products remains the property of Favour Perfect. We reserve the right to add your newly created design to our website to be offered to other customers. The obvious exception to this is if you or another designer have created the artwork for you, whereupon we will respect the copyright of that designer.
